About La Fuente Inc.

Mr. Federico Caroza started his restaurant career at the age of 15 as a dishwasher working at the Sportsman 2.  Five years later he went to work for the Yankee Dollar. He moved up to head cook and restaurant manager. Ten year later he made the decision to start his own place and opened La Fuente. The original location was in Commerce City when it opened in 1995.

In 2007 he sold the restaurant thinking he would enjoy spending more time at home with his wife and grandchildren. Federico soon realized how much he missed his passion of the restaurant business. He began looking for a new home to reopen his restaurant.  He wanted a larger place then his original restaurant and it had to have parking.  Then he found it! The new place had every thing he was looking for it was a bit larger brighter and had parking.

In March of 2008 LA Fuente reopened at its new location at 3023 W 44th Ave.  It is just a two doors down from the liquor store on the corner of Federal and 44th Ave. La Fuente is open every day at 7 a.m. stop in and try Federico’s green chili or enjoy his menudo.
